All participants are required to sign up for classes prior to arrival at the event. You must be registered for the event via our Amilia system (see the register button to the right if you haven’t registered yet) in order to sign up.

On Tuesday, September 29th at 3:00pm est the schedule will become “active” meaning that you can sign up for workshops via our online system, sched.org.

Note that this is a different system than the one you used to register for the event. Before then it will be only possible to view the schedule- we recommend you do that so you know what to expect when the sign up opens!  You will need a separate log in for our sign up system, sched.org, in order to make your class schedule. Review our How to Guide so you are ready when workshop sign ups open (some workshops get filled up quickly so it’s good to be prepared!).

To view the schedule visit:
https://2015aycovermontregionalfestival.sched.org/

If you are having trouble signing up, you can view our tutorial here: http://www.americanyouthcircus.org/sign-up/

Finally, we request that everyone sign our waiver before arriving at NECCA. For those who have not done so, the waiver can be found here:https://www.smartwaiver.com/w/55e872f6c3101/web/

If you have any questions or comments about registration, scheduling or the waiver, please feel free to send an email to sam@americanyouthcircus.org. If you have questions about the space at NECCA, please send an email toErin.lovett.sherman@gmail.com

Waivers

Sign Waiver Here

All festival attendees must fill out a waiver in order to participate. Please fill this out before coming to the festival!

Chaperones

Youth under 8 years of old must arrive and remain with chaperone throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event.  They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.

The $25 chaperon admission includes access to the space, coffee, lunch, dinner, and a showcase ticket. For safety’s sake, we ask chaperons to stay in the small lounge area during workshops.
