Member rate: $70 – Earlybird = $55 until October 6th
Non-Member rate: $80 – Earlybird = $65 until October 6th
Chaperone rate: $15

Waivers
All festival attendees must fill out a waiver in order to participate. Please fill this out before coming to the festival!
Chaperones
Youth under 8 years of old must arrive and remain with chaperone throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event. They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.
The $15 chaperon admission includes access to the space, coffee, lunch, dinner. For safety’s sake, we ask chaperons to stay in the small lounge area during workshops.
