Workshop sign–up will open on Tuesday November 14th at 5pm. (This is a change from the previously advertised date of November 13th, to allow us to make some updates and ensure a fair signup process for all!)

All festival attendees must fill out a waiver in order to participate. Please fill this out before coming to the festival!
Chaperones
Youth under 8 years of age must arrive and remain with chaperone throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event. They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.
The $25 chaperone admission includes access to the space, coffee, lunch, dinner, and admission to the evening Showcase. For safety’s sake, we ask chaperones to stay in the small lounge area during workshops.
