1) REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!
PLEASE NOTE: Each person wishing to register for the event (youth, chaperone, showcase audience member, volunteer, or workshop leader) must have THEIR OWN account with a unique email address and be logged in when registering. There is only one registration per account. (For example: If you are a parent buying a Youth non-member ticket for your child and a Chaperone ticket for yourself, please make separate accounts for each of you and buy the appropriate ticket while logged in as the correct person. This is how we keep track of who is registering for what!) Any questions about registration, membership, or trouble logging in should be directed to accounts@americanyouthcircus.org.

Earlybird registration ended Friday, Oct 18th at 11.59pm ET.
A limited number of reduced-rate youth tickets have all been allocated.
Chaperones
The chaperone ticket includes access to the space, coffee, lunch, dinner, and admission to the evening Showcase. The chaperone ticket does not include admission to workshops. For safety’s sake, we ask chaperones to stay in the small lounge area during workshops.
Youth under 8 years of age must have a chaperone who remains on site throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event. They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.

2) WAIVER
All festival attendees must fill out a waiver in order to participate. (This includes chaperones, workshop leaders, and other volunteers). Please fill this out before coming to the festival!
3) WORKSHOP SIGN UP
Workshop sign-up opens Saturday October 19th at 9am ET. (This is after early bird ticket sales end!)
Please note: Workshop sign-up is on a different system than you used to register! However, you must use the same FULL NAME and the same EMAIL ADDRESS when creating an account for workshop sign-up so that the two systems match. Check out our handy FAQ about signing up for workshops using the Sched website here!
