Prices
Member rate: $70 – Earlybird = $55 until February 5th
Non-Member rate: $80 – Earlybird = $65 until February 5th
Chaperone rate: $25
Chaperones
Youth under 8 years of old must arrive and remain with chaperone throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event. They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.
The $25 chaperon admission includes access to the space, a showcase ticket, coffee and lunch.

Waiver
All participants must sign a waiver before participating in the regional. To sign the waiver for yourself or a minor, click the button underneath.
