The Hup Squad is a group of circus obsessed teens from around the USA. They are instigators of circus in our local communities and national youth circus ambassadors. The Hup Squad represents AYCO youth to the wider circus community and the American public through the articles they write on The Circus Is My Life blog. It’s filled with first-person accounts by youth about performing, creating, and training circus and attending circus festivals and workshops, as well as exclusive interviews, reviews of circus shows, circus history, and more! Hup Squad members also have the opportunity to help support festivals, create content for AYCO social media accounts, and more!

Applications for the Hup Squad are open at the end of each calendar year. Hup Squad applicants are required to be 13-18 years old and a current American Youth Circus Organization member.
