Chaperones: Youth under 8 years of old must arrive and remain with chaperone throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event. They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.
